Abstract: A 32-year-old lady presented to us at 6 months of gestation with parathyroid hormone (PTH) -dependent hypercalcemia mediated pancreatitis and endogenous insulin dependent hypoglycemia, owing to parathyroid adenoma and possibly insulinoma, respectively.
